Tomato passata & paste workshop

Learn the finer points about: making homemade tomato passata and bottling techniques – like Italian spaghetti sauce base & a tasty tomato paste to prolong the season.

Landcare along with Mitchell Shire in conjunction with BEAM & Community Gardens are running a series of workshops across the Shire to enable small and large landholders including ‘townies’ and people new to the area seeking information to join in and learn ‘how too’ by getting hands on experience

Workshop – Saturday 29th March 2014 – 9.30pm till 3.00pm
