Vanessa Malandrin will talk about the project “Biolink corridors for gliders in Seymour” that she has just concluded, and the importance of creating new opportunities to volunteer for the environment, especially for the youngsters.

The project has been possible thanks to funding from the Victorian Government and a partnership between Landcare, BEAM, the Central Victorian Biolinks Alliance and Mitchell Shire Council.

The gliders project will continue thorough 2024, getting more young people involved, especially students from Seymour College and St Mary’s College.

Tune in to BEAM's radio program EarthChat each Friday on Seymour FM at 10am, repeated at 8am Saturday.
