EARTHCHAT: Greater Gliders and the Tallarook Forest - Extinction or survival?

Friday 19 March 10am and Saturday 20 March 8am, with Peter, Paul and David:

Join Peter, Paul and David (sorry no Mary!) to learn about these cute Australian animals that live in our Tallarook Forest and are right now being threatened with extinction. You may not be aware that their habitat is planned for “harvesting” (destruction?), possibly as soon as early April. It matters that local people are informed, voice their opinions and be heard by VicForests. Peter Lockyer and Paul Macgregor are locals who know the Tallarook Ranges, and the forests they contain, and have up-to-date information about what is being done to secure their sustainability. Listen along and expand your knowledge!
